{"id":9919,"date":"2024-07-11T07:49:33","date_gmt":"2024-07-11T07:49:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vivelloc.cat\/?p=9919"},"modified":"2024-07-11T08:03:55","modified_gmt":"2024-07-11T08:03:55","slug":"7a-edicio-sioas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vivelloc.cat\/es\/noticies\/7a-edicio-sioas\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c8xit de la 7a Edici\u00f3 del SIOAS de Viver de Bell-lloc"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Impulsant 17 noves carreres professionals<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;\">En data 30 de juny, el Servei d&#8217;Inserci\u00f3 i Orientaci\u00f3 Laboral de la Fundaci\u00f3 Viver de Bell-lloc ha concl\u00f2s amb \u00e8xit la 7a edici\u00f3 del SIOAS, un programa dedicat a facilitar la integraci\u00f3 laboral de persones amb discapacitat i\/o trastorn de la salut mental al mercat ordinari. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;\">Durant aquesta edici\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s del programa finan\u00e7at pel Departament d\u2019Empresa i Treball i la UE, han estat ateses <strong>51 persones<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;\">Entre elles, 4 van realitzar pr\u00e0ctiques no professionals. I una d\u2019elles va ser contractada per la mateixa empresa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;\">Enguany,<strong> el programa ha assolit un total de 17 contractacions en empreses ordin\u00e0ries<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s de facilitar altres oportunitats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vivelloc.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/SIOAS-Viver-de-Bell-lloc-Fundacio-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9802\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vivelloc.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/SIOAS-Viver-de-Bell-lloc-Fundacio-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vivelloc.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/SIOAS-Viver-de-Bell-lloc-Fundacio-1.jpg 900w, https:\/\/vivelloc.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/SIOAS-Viver-de-Bell-lloc-Fundacio-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/vivelloc.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/SIOAS-Viver-de-Bell-lloc-Fundacio-1-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Coneixent el\u00a0 SIOAS<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;\">El SIOAS ofereix un <strong>suport integral de 12 mesos<\/strong>. Inclou orientaci\u00f3 vocacional, desenvolupament de compet\u00e8ncies professionals i acompanyament durant el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;inserci\u00f3 laboral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;\">Concretament, \u00e9s un programa dirigit a persones amb disCapacitat reconeguda igual o superior al 33%, demandants d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 inscrits al Servei P\u00fablic d&#8217;Ocupaci\u00f3 de Catalunya i persones treballadores en actiu que requereixen suport per a la seva inserci\u00f3 laboral. El programa adapta cada intervenci\u00f3 a les necessitats espec\u00edfiques de cada participant i empresa col\u00b7laboradora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;\">Els participants del <a href=\"https:\/\/web.gencat.cat\/es\/tramits\/tramits-temes\/Subvencions-per-a-la-realitzacio-dels-Serveis-integrals\">SIOAS<\/a> <strong>han rebut formaci\u00f3 en \u00e0rees clau com TIC, manipulats industrials, magatzem i comer\u00e7. Tamb\u00e9 certificacions com el carnet de carretoner i de manipulador\/a d&#8217;aliments<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;\">Tamb\u00e9 han participat en tallers d&#8217;habilitats socials, i han visitat empreses locals i assistit a 3 fires laborals per enfortir les seves oportunitats d&#8217;inserci\u00f3 i desenvolupament professional.
