Hace unos meses firmamos un convenio con la entidad Territorio Socialmente Responsable y su iniciativa Edificios Positivos, una iniciativa que tiene como objetivo<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 9.5pt;\"> hacer los edificios un actor de cambio de las ciudades apoderando la ciudadan\u00eda, organizada en comunidades de propietarios y de vecinos y vecinas. A trav\u00e9s de este convenio se estableci\u00f3 una relaci\u00f3n con <a href=\"https:\/\/arquitopia.com\/\">ARQUITOPIA<\/a>, Una cooperativa profesional de arquitectura que tiene como objetivo realizar proyectos sostenibles y personalizados respetando una filosof\u00eda que se fundamenta en tres ejes; la estrategia social, la comprensi\u00f3n del lugar y el entorno y la estrategia ambiental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 9.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Son muchos los valores compartidos por las tres entidades, pero nos hac\u00eda falta un proyecto para poder atarlos. Y el proyecto ha llegado. Desde el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, y otros ayuntamientos tambi\u00e9n, hace a\u00f1os que se promociona a los particulares, comunidades, empresas, escuelas, etc .. que deciden apostar por hacer una cubierta verde en sus edificios. Qui\u00e9n lo quiere hacer debe presentar una propuesta que, si es aceptada, recibe una subvenci\u00f3n para poder llevar a cabo la cubierta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 9.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/arquitopia.com\/\">ARQUITOPIA<\/a> ha contado con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Helix de Viver de Bell-lloc y su equipo t\u00e9cnico en la creaci\u00f3n de la capa vegetal del proyecto que estaban elaborando. Una propuesta integrada en el espacio, sostenible, de bajo consumo energ\u00e9tico y de agua.
