Sens dubte tots en tenim molts.<\/p>\n<p>En Paco tenia una s\u00e8rie de qualitats que d\u2019entrada el feien singular. Va arribar amb una gran disposici\u00f3 i capacitat per l\u2019\u00fas de la maquin\u00e0ria. Tots el recordarem enfilat dalt d\u2019un tractor, com m\u00e9s gran millor, arrossegant una cuba de reg o una desbrossadora, amb la seva inseparable cigarreta al llavis, o fent rasses amb una retro o enfilat dalt d\u2019un podathor. En\u00a0Paco no defugia cap treball i s\u2019adaptava sempre a les feines que se li encomanaven.<\/p>\n<p>Tenia una autoritat moral entre els companys que facilitava el seu lideratge i la seva funci\u00f3 de cap de colla. Es va saber guanyar aviat el respecte i la confian\u00e7a dels seus companys i dels encarregats. Bon company, mai tenia un no per qui el necessitava, tant fos en l\u2019\u00e0mbit laboral com en el lleure. Va arribar a comprar-se una furgoneta per poder encabir m\u00e9s gent quan anaven els dissabtes a Matar\u00f3 o a Santa Sussanna i Blanes a l\u2019estiu i Setmana Santa.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest trist moment del seu comiat, en nom del Viver, nom\u00e9s se&#8217;ns acut una paraula: Gr\u00e0cies!<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies Paco, gr\u00e0cies per tot els que ens has donat al llarg d\u2019aquests 30 anys.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies per la feina feta, per la teva actitud, per la relaci\u00f3 amb els companys i per ser com has sigut.<\/p>\n<p>I als seus pares i germans, agrair-los els valors que li han sabut trametre i que ell ha exercit a bastament. Agrair tamb\u00e9 al seu pare la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 que durant molts anys ens va oferir com a membre de la Junta Directiva de l\u2019associaci\u00f3.
